A Modern Third Place for Personal + Collective Wellbeing.
THERAPY. WORKSHOPS. SMALL GROUPS. RETREATS.
For real people in real life trying to feel more human, in relationship with themself and others. Available online and in-person for California residents.
Because connection changes everything.
Modern life can be weird. Sure, working in sweatpants is great ;) But a lot of the time, we’re refreshing feeds, stuck in traffic, or cycling through thoughts we can’t turn off... It’s easy to feel untethered, like everyone’s around but nobody is really with each other anymore.
That’s why I started Well Together. It’s a pause in between home and work, intentional spaces designed for growth and belonging. Like being invited to a table where there’s a seat saved for you, and the conversation lasts long after the plates are cleared.
Workshops
Classes on nervous-system care, boundaries, and relational healing. These gatherings are designed to be practical, giving you space to pause and try on new ways of being.

Small Groups

Retreats
Unplug and reconnect with yourself, others, and nature. Our retreats are about rest, presence, and belonging. Spacious by design, they leave room for both solitude and community.

Kaitlin Rose, LCSW
Hey, I’m Kaitlin (she/her). I’m a therapist and the human behind Well Together.
I work with folks in a few different ways. For California residents, I offer virtual therapy, one-on-one sessions where we slow things down and make space to actually feel what’s going on. I also lead workshops, small groups, and retreats; gatherings for anyone craving connection, reflection, or just a softer place to land.
No matter the setting, I bring the same approach: warm, grounded, and curious. I’m trained in EMDR and draw from somatic practices, parts work, mindfulness, and attachment science. But mostly, I pay attention to what feels real and alive for you. We go at your pace. We follow what matters.
It's normal to develop patterns and protections to help us cope, but as life changes, those same habits can start to pull us away; from ourselves, from others, from the ease we long for. In our work together, we’ll bring curiosity and care to those patterns, learning to befriend the nervous system that’s been trying to keep you safe all along. Through reflection and connection, we’ll practice new ways of being that feel truer, softer, and more connected. We’ll go slow. We’ll stay honest. And we’ll remember you don’t have to do it alone.

FAQ
-
Only for therapy. If you're looking for one-on-one support and live in California, we can meet virtually for therapy sessions. If you're outside California, you're still welcome to join any upcoming workshops, groups, or retreats, those offerings are open to everyone.
-
Therapy is a formal clinical service, covered by insurance and grounded in a specific scope of care. Groups, workshops, and retreats are more like guided spaces to reflect, connect, and learn alongside others. They’re open to anyone and don’t require a diagnosis or intake.
-
Not at all. You’re allowed to be unsure. We can start with a quick consultation and figure it out together. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, curious, or just know something needs to shift, that’s more than enough reason to reach out.
-
For therapy clients, yes. I offer therapy through Alma, which accepts plans like Aetna and Cigna. If you’re not using insurance, I can provide a superbill for out-of-network reimbursement. Workshops and groups aren’t covered by insurance and are paid out of pocket.
-
Every session looks a little different. Sometimes we talk things through. Other times we pause, notice what’s coming up in your body, or get curious about parts of you that hold certain beliefs. It’s not about fixing, it’s about noticing, understanding, and reconnecting.
-
Absolutely. You don’t need any prior experience to show up. These spaces are designed to be low-pressure, welcoming, and human. Whether you’re new to reflection work or just want to feel less alone, you’re more than welcome.
